Hi, I'm Kenzy Brandon, a Calgarian maker and the designer behind Peak Carvings. My work merges my background in engineering with woodworking, digital modeling, and 3D printing to explore the intersection of nature, craft, and modern design. Through meticulously carved topographic mountain tables, intricately designed patterns, and other geometric or location-based works, I transform raw materials into sculptural furniture pieces that blur the line between utility and art. As a born and raised Calgarian, my work is deeply rooted in local identity—I strive to use locally sourced wood and materials whenever possible and draw visual inspiration from Alberta's mountains, river valleys, and natural textures. Each piece becomes a tactile translation of place, inviting viewers to experience familiar landscapes through new forms.
